Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu recently received a slight relief as he was granted interim bail for a few weeks on health grounds. Considering his request, the High Court let him go out of prison for four weeks and he was directed to surrender himself before the court after the bail period.

When he was out of prison, the focus went on to two cases to see what the Supreme Court would say. The country’s top court gave its verdict in two different cases. We have to wait till D-day for the verdict in the cases to be out.

Chandrababu Naidu is facing the AP Skill Development and Fibernet Case and he moved the Supreme Court in this regard. While he filed a quash petition in one case he filed an anticipatory bail petition in another case.

Fibernet Case: As the AP CID filed the case against him, he moved the Supreme Court seeking anticipatory bail. Now the Supreme Court adjourned the next hearing to the 30th of November. Hearing the anticipatory petition, the Apex Court adjourned the hearing to month's end. Having said that the CID was directed to not arrest Chandrababu till then.

AP Skill Development Scam: The Supreme Court said that the verdict would be given after the Diwali holidays. The bench which heard the petition said that as per the old order, the judgment in the case would be delivered after the festival.

FiberNet case is a case which was filed by the CID which alleged that a few irregularities happened in allotting the work. A firm was reportedly preferred and the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) alleged that irregularities to the tune of a few hundred crores happened.

Skill Development scam case was also filed by the CID in which Chandrababu Naidu was arrested and sent to jail. He spent over 50 days in prison and was recently released from the court on health grounds.
