Big Prediction: 9 to 5 Jobs To Decline Soon?

Are we going to see a big change in the traditional working hours? In a few years would we see the end of the 9 to 6 working hours? Well, the answer is yes as the prediction hints at the world doing away with the conventional job structure. The prediction came as a big shock to one and all.

LinkedIn is a leading employment-centric platform that job seekers use the most to look for opportunities. Its co-founder Reid Hoffman created a sensation by predicting that 9 to 5 would be done away in the future. By 2034 the conventional working hours would not be there, he said.

Reid Hoffman shed light on AI and said that it would change the job structures we have now and there would be no traditional working hours. He even said that in the future we might not see employees working together in a workplace.

The LinkedIn co-founder predicts that AI would be used across sectors including the hospitality sector. There might be no constant jobs and one might take up multiple jobs based on his or her skills and the requirements. This helps in a good productivity and employees would earn more.

We cannot take Reid Hoffman lightly as his predictions came true. He predicted the emergence of AI while talking about technological advancement. He predicted AI’s rise back in the early 90s and we are seeing what the technology is doing now. So we might see the end of 9 to 5 jobs soon.
