Big Trouble For Jaya Prada: Court Gives Crucial Orders?

Yesteryear Superstar Jaya Prada was a leading actress in the late 80s and early 90s. Across the languages, she acted alongside the top stars. Later she ventured into politics and even served as the MP. Jaya Prada was an MP from Uttar Pradesh, the most populated state in the country.

Jaya Prada is facing two cases on the allegations of violation of the code of conduct while campaigning. In connection with the case, a non-bailable warrant was issued against her. Notices were also served to her by the court. Despite multiple notices, there was no response from her and she did not attend the court.

As per the schedule, Jaya Prada was supposed to be present before the Court on Monday. But Jaya Prada missed the court hearing. Jaya Prada missed the sessions many times. This resulted in the Special Court giving sensational orders.

The information shared by the News Agency says that the MP/MLA court gave orders for the Rampur SP to arrest Jaya Prada and produce her in court. She will be presented before the Court on the 27th of this month.

Jaya Prada is accused of violating the mode of conduct during the 2019 elections. A case has been going on for a few years. An arrest warrant was also issued. But she is not attending the Court. Now the Court is believed to have given directives to arrest her and bring her to the court.
