Usually, people show interest in buying new houses. But the trend has changed now in Hyderabad. Market experts say that people are interested in buying old houses in apartments.

Analyzing the trend, the experts say that people are interested in buying apartments that too old ones compared to new ones. The reason is that they come at cheap prices related to new houses and hence they are interested in old houses.

Another big reason the market experts say is that the buyers need not pay the Corpus fund while buying the old houses. Besides this, the amount they pay for amenities like parking space, maintenance, and others will be less if they go for old houses.

Considering all these factors people are said to be showing interest in buying old apartments compared to new houses. The majority of buyers are preferring the 3BHK flats over others, say the market experts.
