For this, BJP, TDP, and Janasena allied and got their respective seats. Besides their campaign, the parties are dedicating time to the joint campaigns too.
Leaving BJP and Janasena, the TDP is said to be having issues with the candidates in some seats. With this, the party is on a spree of changing the candidates. The other day, the TDP leader said that he is the candidate from the Madugula seat and said the already announced candidate will take a back step. Instead of Pyala Prasada Rao, Bandaru Satyanarayana will face the elections.
It is said that there are few more seats where the candidates' change is evident for the party. YCP rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju has been walking with the TDP for some time. With this, many predicted that he would get the MP ticket from TDP. But the seat was given to the BJP. So to accommodate Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, Undi seat might be given to him and the sitting MLA might be given another position.
Another seat on the list is Anaparthy. It is said that the TDP might get the ticket back and in exchange for the seat, BJP might get the Denduluru seat. Earlier, Nallimilli Rama Krishna Reddy was announced as the candidate for the Anaparthy seat. But BJP’s entry changed everything and BJP was given the ticket. However, the BJP candidate is said to be inactive in the seat, and with this TDP might be given the ticket.
Madakasira is another seat where the change might take place. Earlier Anil Kumar was announced as the candidate. But the local leaders are said to be unhappy with him and in his place, TDP's State SC Cell president M.S. Raju might be announced as the candidate.
Chittoor used to be the strong zone of the TDP. However, the party is gradually losing its grip. To become strong in the region again the party might change the candidate in Thamballapalle. Jayachandra Reddy might be replaced with a new candidate.
