Can Revanth Change Equations Between State Govt And Centre?

After the BJP came to power at the Centre we have been hearing a lot about the Union Government not supporting the states where other parties are in power. A few states openly criticized the Centre for not giving the required lending hand. Telangana is among the states without a doubt.

The likes of KCR, KTR, and others lashed out at the Centre for not granting that the state for which it is eligible. When the BRS was in power we heard such arguments many times. The party even locked horns with the BJP and even wanted to enter national politics. However, things changed for the BRS and it lost the polls.

Telangana saw powershift and the Congress came to power. Since then, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has been leaving a mark as the leader. He made a lot of changes to the Pragathi Bhavan. Now he did another big thing.

Revanth Reddy met Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier today. He was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka during the meeting. This meeting raised many eyeballs among the political circles.

Talking about the meeting, the Chief Minister said that he sought prompt resolution of the pending issues and cooperation for the state’s development.

As the previous government had issues with the BJP government and even locked horns with the party leaders there is a new doubt among the political observers on whether Revanth Reddy can change the equation between the state government and Centre.

Telangana is one of the best-performing states across the sectors. We have seen what the state did in the IT exports. If such a state can get a pushing hand and support it can make even more wonders. However, we have to wait and see if the equations will be changed or not.
