Small Relief For Chandrababu In Ring Road Case!

There is no doubt in saying that Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu is dealing with a tough time. He is facing multiple cases and waging a legal battle to get out of the cases. He is not leaving any stone unturned in the process. The former Chief Minister is moving various courts in the process.

Now Chandrababu Naidu got a big relief in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case. The Andhra Pradesh High Court extended the interim bail order till next month. As the bail was extended, he cannot be arrested till the same date. Chandrababu Naidu's anticipatory bail hearing was adjourned to November 7th.

Talking about the other cases, Chandrababu did not get relief in other cases as well. Talking about the Skill development scam in which he was arrested and sent to jail, he was not granted bail.

Chandrababu Naidu moved the Supreme Court seeking an interim bail in connection with the Skill development scam. His lawyers sought an interim bail for him in the case. However, the Supreme Court refused to grant him bail and adjourned the hearing.

Chandrababu Naidu is also facing the AP Fiber net scam. With no relief in the High Court, he moved the Supreme Court. He filed an anticipatory bail petition with the top court. His petition seeking the bail was listed on Friday and the Apex Court would hear the petition in a few days.

Chandrababu Naidu was arrested and sent to jail in connection with the AP Skill Development scam. It's been around 40 days since he was sent to jail. He gave his best efforts to come out of jail but in vain. He is facing as many as three cases.
