It is already known that the NDA had announced CP Radhakrishnan as its candidate for the upcoming vice president election. And on the other hand INDIA Alliance has announced Sudershan Reddy as their candidate for the vice presidential election.

And now, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has made a strong statement regarding the upcoming Vice President elections. He said that since the Telugu Desam Party is in alliance, there is no question of supporting any other candidate.

According to him, the party has always valued ethics and credibility, principles that have been upheld consistently for over five decades by its leadership.

Naidu expressed full support for CP Radhakrishnan, the Governor of Jharkhand, who is being projected as the ruling alliance’s nominee.

He described Radhakrishnan as the best candidate for the Vice President’s post and appealed to all political groups to extend their support to him. The Chief Minister stressed that with the alliance holding a comfortable majority, there should be no doubt about securing victory in the elections.

He further criticized the opposition, stating that their decision to put forward another candidate was purely a political strategy with no real purpose.

He emphasized that such moves would not influence the outcome because the numbers are clearly in favor of the alliance. Naidu concluded by saying that the Vice President election should focus on merit and leadership qualities rather than unnecessary political rivalry.
