After Skill Scam, Babu Gets Slight Relief In Liquor Scam!

Alleging his role in the case, he was arrested. After spending more than 50 long days in prison, he got relief in the case as he was given an interim bail.
Earlier today, the High Court which pronounced its verdict gave directives giving four weeks interim bail to Chandrababu Naidu on health grounds. He walked out of the prison after spending around two months.
Now Chandrababu Naidu faced another big relief as the CID told the court that they would not arrest him in the Liquor scam till the bail duration. The Advocate General is said to have told the court the same in writing. With this, Chandrababu Naidu will have relief for four weeks.
Chandrababu Naidu's lawyers moved the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the liquor scam. During the arguments, the AG told the court that no arrest would be done as Chandrababu Naidu was given bail on the health grounds.
Talking about the Liquor scam, the CID filed a case on Monday against Chandrababu Naidu who was the Chief Minister in the last regime. The Investigating agency CID is alleging that illegal persimmons were given to the liquor companies in the state. On the same grounds, the case was filed and a petition was also submitted to the Court. Now Chandrababu Naidu got another relief as the AG said that there will be no arrest till the bail tenure is completed.
