As a big sensation in Andhra Pradesh politics, former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was arrested and he is on remand now in connection with the case. The AP CID is probing the matter and is aggressively going forward with the AP Skill Development Case.

Now the Supreme Court has shocked the TDP boss. It is known that his lawyers moved the Supreme Court with a quash petition that was filed on Saturday. Many felt that the issue would be heard on Monday. TDP followers pinned high hopes on this.

But the Apex Court gave a hammer blow to the TDP boss and asked his lawyers to come tomorrow. Saying that the quash petition cannot be taken up today, the Supreme Court told his lawyer to mention the petition tomorrow evening. Lawyers were asked to list the petition tomorrow and then a call will be taken, reports said.

Lawyers representing Chandrababu Naidu told the court that he was arrested illegally and he was arrested though his name was not mentioned in the FIR. However, the efforts went in vain.

When the issue was taken to the notice of the Supreme Court, TDP followers pinned hopes that the TDP boss would get relief and would walk out. However, he did not get a relief and the Supreme Court asked his lawyers to list the matter tomorrow.

It has to be mentioned here that, earlier, the High Court shocked the TDP boss. He filed a quash petition in the High Court seeking directives to quash the FIR and other orders. But the High Court quashed the petition.

Having not got the relief, his lawyers knocked on the doors of the Supreme Court. Now the Supreme Court shocked the former Chief Minister by not taking up the matter and asking his lawyers to mention the issue tomorrow to see what can be done.
