Big Relief To CBN: Court Grants Regular Bail In Skill Scam!

Ever since Chandrababu Naidu was arrested and sent to jail in connection with the AP Skill Development scam, TDP fans and supporters have been waiting to see him walk out of jail. Recently he was granted an interim bail and the TDP followers celebrated it like a big occasion.

The D-Day had arrived as Chandrababu Naidu was given a regular bail by the Court. All eyes were on the court to see what it would say in the verdict. Putting an end to this the Court gave its verdict which was reserved on the 17th of this month.

During the arguments, Chandrababu Naidu’s lawyers said that false cases were filed against him as the elections were approaching. They also said that the case is guided through the wrong path with political vendetta.

On the other hand, AG Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy who represented the AP CID said that the petitioner failed to follow the conditions imposed by the Court. Having said that he also expressed doubts on the reports that were submitted to the Court and they cannot be the parameter to grant the bail.

The High Court gave a big relief to Chandrababu Naidu by granting him regular bail. The big decision came ahead of the end of the interim bail’s tenure as he was granted regular bail in the skill scam.

This can be seen as a big relief to Chandrababu Naidu and Telugu Desam Party. When the elections are due next year he was given bail which is very big news for the opposition party.
