Chandrababu Naidu To Make His Second Sign As CM On This?

Chandrababu Naidu aka CBN is back. Be bounced back from the defeat in the last elections and emerged victorious. He is all set to take oath as the Chief Minister, which marks his fourth term as the CM and second term in the divided state. He was the first CM in the divided state in 2014 and cut to 2024 he will take oath soon.

As he will swear in soon the focus went on to the files he would sign. Now news is doing rounds which says CBN had decided on the second file he would sign. The New Chief Minister would sign scrapping a much-talked-about act.

It is known that the Land Titling Act had a big prominence in the campaign. The opposition parties actively campaigned against the Act and asked why there was a need to have CM’s photos on documents. They also said that their lands might not be safe under this.

As the government changed Chandrababu is likely to sign the file scarring the Land Titling Act. The concerned department is working on this. After the Cabinet approves the decision a bill would be tabled in the House which makes the Land Titling Act ineffective.

It was one of the promises TDP made in the campaign. Standing on the word CBN is likely to make his second sign on the file which cancels the Land Titling Act. The TDP already gave clarity on what would be the first signature of CBN.

Mega DSC was also a crucial promise. Earlier it was reported that CBN would do his first signature as the CM on the DSC notification. On many occasions, Pawan Kalyan said he would take responsibility for this and make Chandrababu announce the notification.
