Chandrababu's Petition Adjourned By Court Yet Again!

Fans and supporters of the Telugu Desam Party cannot remember the date September 10 as that is the date when the party chief Chandrababu Naidu was sent to jail. He was arrested and sent to remand in connection with the AP Skill Development. This came as a big shock to the party and its chief.

Yet again Chandrababu Naidu faced another shock as the case hearing was adjourned. Earlier, the ACB Court said that the bail petition filed by Chandrababu and the custody petition filed by CID will be played on the 5th of this month.

The ACB Court said that the next hearing will take place on Friday and the arguments of both sides will be heard. Now the focus is on Friday to see what the court will decide in the case next.

Before this, the lawyers representing Chandrababu Naidu placed the arguments that he was not related to the scam and that he was framed in this. The lawyers said that under the scheme many were given skill training which helped them in getting jobs.

Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy placed the arguments on behalf of the CID. He said that there are a few violations in the agreements and Chandrababu Naidu should take responsibility as the decision taken by the Cabinet was not implemented. Talking about the investigation, he said that Chandrababu should be questioned on the bank transactions.

On the other hand, Chandrababu’s custody is said to have extended till the 19th of this month. This is the third time his custody was extended in connection with the Skill Development scam.
