Indian veteran player Rahul Dravid had a rollercoaster ride as a coach. Under his regime, India lost the World Cup and Asia Cup. India lifted the 2023 Asia Cup under his regime. Team India which won all the matches including the semis lost in the semis to the Australian team.

As India lost to the Australian team in the finals the focus went on to Rahul Dravid and his future as the coach. People want to know if he would be serving as the coach for the upcoming T20 World Cup which will be played next year.

India coach Rahul Dravid was asked the same question. Replying to this, Rahul Dravid said that he is not thinking about the future and he will think about it once he gets enough time as he is occupied with the World Cup.

Rahul Dravid said that he is occupied with the tournament and he is occupied with it and gave all his energy to the tournament. Having said that he observed he would look into it once he gets some time.

"Honestly, I haven't thought about it. All our campaign, all our energies were focused on this match, focused on this tournament. And I haven't given it any thought. I have had no plans of what's going to happen in the future," Rahul Dravid said.

Talking about the match India was restricted to just 240 runs batting first in 50 overs. Virat Kohli and KL Rahul helped India score a good total with half-centuries. Australian bowlers did their homework right and had plans for the Indian batters.

Australia did not get the required start with the heroics of Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami. Australia was at 47-3 at one point. But Travis Head and Marnus Labuschagne made a crucial partnership and took Australia to a big win. Australia won their sixth title so far.
