Covid was an unexpected pandemic that hit us. No one would have predicted that we would get to face such a tough time. During the pandemic outbreak, many things became normal things and we embraced the changes. Now another change has become the part of business world.

America-based media company Fox Business came up with a piece of interesting news on the new trend which kept the business world on its toes. The business leaders are worried about the trend.

If we have to take anything from the news covered by the media company the Coffee badging trend had gripped the business world with the leaders expressing concerns. It is said that the trend is causing certain issues in the workflow.

The companies which urged employees to work from home when the COVID outbreak was at its peak are now asking them to work from the offices. Irrespective of the size of the company they are asking the employees to come to the office to work.

However, the employees who worked from the houses are not ready to shift to the offices completely and for this, they have come up with a solution. They are coming to the offices spending some time and going back to the house to work remotely.

It is said that the employees are visiting their respective offices and spending some time to have a coffee. After showing their faces in the office and swiping their cards they are returning to their house.

The companies are said to be not happy with this. While a few companies asked the employees to not do such things, a few other companies took some tough calls like firing the employees.

In response to the trend, experts say that firms should look into this and come up with a solution by talking to the employees to know the issues they are having and why they are doing this instead of coming to the offices.
