The general elections in five poll-bound states which are seen as the semifinals for the Lok Sabha elections were concluded and it's the trend of exit poll surveys now. The survey firms are coming up with predictions on the possible outcome.

The overall picture of the exit poll surveys is that a favorable wind is flowing for Congress in the majority of the states. If the predictions come true then it is a big sensation and need of the hour.

Looking at the condition of the Congress party it is nothing short of rising from the ashes. Having won two consecutive terms in Lok Sabha polls the party became weak. On the other hand, the BJP is getting stronger and stronger. The 2024 Lok Sabha elections are just a few months away.

In this crucial period, the exit poll surveys say that Congress would win in Telangana and the same would be the case with Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Getting a favorable win in three states is not a small thing. If the predictions turn then it would be a historic stint in national politics.

The Congress party is dubbed as the main opposition party in the country. However, the party failed to put up a fight on a similar stature. The party is not even able to pose a big fight to the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.

But things appear to be changing for the party as it is coming out of the crisis as per the exit poll surveys. This can be seen as a crucial development for the Congress party as far as the growth is concerned.

The party is dealing with some setbacks like getting weaker and the leaders revolting against the leadership. We have seen a few leaders writing to the leadership seeking big changes. Amid this, the survey predicts a massive resurgence of Congress in the country.
