This matter has reached the Allahabad court, and they had a pretty strong reaction to the series of events regarding marital relationships, and the subsequence offsets.
Allahabad court issued a crucial statement today as the bench question they need for couples to get married and have kids while they do not have the mental preparation or the financial resources for the same.
This judgement or perhaps a statement of intent was made by the court while hearing a case where a husband said he is unable to cover the alimony amount to support his wife and kids. The court clearly mentioned that it is crucial that couples keep in mind the financial burden that marriage would bring, and also the prospect of having kids.
What is the point of few people getting married if you cannot afford alimony payment and support your wife and children? The court question while hearing the this case about our husband saying he is unable to cover the costs associated with the same.
Earlier, this very same, Allahabad court had stated that a daughter-in-law is not bounded by law to look after her parents in law in case of any discrepancies with her husband. Now they have had a serious reaction to the matter regarding a husband questioning about the ability to sustain the alimony payments.
Well, it appears that the modern relationships are starting to test the Indian judicial system, almost on a weekly basis.
