YouTuber’s Arrest: Court Makes Interesting Comments!
He faced a big relief with the Supreme Court coming to his rescue and granted him bail.

YouTubers are also facing almost similar treatment. Yet again a YouTuber was arrested. He faced a big relief with the Supreme Court coming to his rescue and granted him bail. On the occasion, the Apex Court made key comments on the arrests and asked how many would be arrested.
A YouTuber was arrested on the grounds of reportedly making objectionable comments about Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin. His bail was canceled by the High Court. This made him move the Supreme Court. He faced a big relief as his bail was restored.
How many will be jailed before the polls? This is what the Supreme Court said during the arguments, reports say. Expressing dissatisfaction with the arrests, the Apex Court asked how many would be arrested for making allegations on YouTube.
It is said that the lawyer who represented the state government sought directives from the Supreme Court to see that the YouTuber won't make any allegations against the Chief Minister. To this, the Supreme Court said no.
Talking about the alleged misuse of the bail, the Supreme Court said that it didn't see any misuse from the YouTuber and hence his regular bail was restored. What the Court said came as a big relief.
It has to be seen that the elections are just a few months away and everyone is waiting for the Lok Sabha elections. Amid this, the YouTuber’s bail issue came to light and grabbed everyone’s attention.
