Covid Is Back, But People Don’t Care Now?

It was less than five years ago when the Covid pandemic absolutely shook the entire world to the fullest capacity. There were extensive lockdown and problematic scenarios that came up everywhere in the globe.

However, things have been slowly, but surely returning to normal in the recent years. There is no public panic regarding the Covid pandemic now, and there is no situation of lockdown or anything as such.

However, the latest developments are suggesting that the Covid cases are again back on the rise and there are reports that a couple of individuals had even passed away due to Covid virus in Andhra Pradesh recently.

Along with that, there are multiple cases of new Covid infections, not just in Andhra Pradesh, but also other parts of India over the last couple of weeks. However, the early public reaction on this topic has been very silent and composed, which is the good thing here.

At this point, people are not prepared for another series of lockdown or seizing of operations. People were extremely affected both financially and mentally during the previous lockdown, so they would not be prepared for another round of lockdown due to the ongoing Covid wave.

People have pretty much started to understand the living conditions and could very well be prepared to live with the Covid pandemic at this point rather than stay indoors. It needs to be said that people do not have much fear for this Covid infection now as much as what they had in 2020.

Even the treatment has gotten significantly better now, so the people would be less bothered about this infection in the first place as they would want anything, but another lockdown or a pandemic situation.
