What’s Happening In Delhi? 7000 Arrests Including Former CMs

The national capital of Delhi is currently witnessing one of the most problematic scenarios in recent politics asking things are starting to absolutely fire up at this point in time.

It is being established and principle that more than 7000 people have been arrested till now by Delhi Police and connection with the ongoing protest.

The shocking thing here is that even former chief minister like Arvind Kejriwal and Mamata Banerjee, who represented Delhi and West Bengal respectively have been arrested by the police.

The fact that more than 7000 people including to former chief minister of India, have been arrested by the police, indicating the kind of measures that are being putting place in the Jantarmantar region now.

This is only likely to go further as the police have communicated that they will be filing FIR against every single individual who comes to protest without permission at the Jantar Mantar region.

At the same time, a few people are calling out the Indian policy for trying to restrict the public movement for a peaceful protest against the chief election commissioner. It was suspected that certain security measures would be in place, but this is extremely restrictive nature, it needs to be said.

Only time will be answering if the Police would start to go easy on the protests as stopping thousands of people is not going to be an easy task at this point in time.
