Samantha, on the other hand, responded to the situation with a statement of her own. While she did not directly name the minister, she expressed her disappointment over public comments about her personal life. Samantha emphasized that divorce is a deeply personal matter and urged people, including public figures, to refrain from speculating or making it part of political discussions.

Samantha stated, "It takes courage and strength to be a woman and face challenges in the entertainment industry. As a public figure, your words carry weight, and I request you to be responsible and respectful when discussing personal matters. My divorce was mutual and amicable, and I would like to keep it private."
