President Trump Losing Own Lawsuit? Dismissal Coming Soon?

United States president to Donald Trump is one of the most controversial and non-diplomatic personalities in the world, and this is on multiple levels as well. Now he is finding himself in a legal mess with regard to a case that he himself had filed.

Earlier, president Donald Trump had filed a lawsuit against BBC saying that they had published defamatory Content against him. He had filed for this defamation lawsuit that amounted to more than $10 billion in total.

However, the problem has been with the fact that Trump had notified in this case till now, and there has been no substantial progress on this direction either.

When Trump was supposed to deliver his statement on this case, he simply went on campaign in Georgia, while wasting the court’s time. This has seriously infuriated the court, and they have passed a big judgement today.

The federal judge had commented that Trump had not yet delivered his statement in this case and set a deadline for December 11, for this to happen. It was made very clear that Trump will have to testify in this case without fail or else it could be disposed off.

We have now arrived at a point with Trump will have to sit for deposition and present his case in front of the court. This is not going to be a favourable outcome for the United States president, but that is how things are.
