Big Countries Preparing For Worst: Should India Be Worried?
This comes shortly after the United States had also indicated the pentagon to be prepared for massive power outage and ask the common public to pile up on stock and essential commodities.
By: Tupaki Desk | 27 Oct 2026 2:49 PM ISTThe global conflict between several countries has been reaching extremely challenging levels. We have never arrived at a point where some of the biggest companies in the world have been actively advocating their citizens to be cautious of what is to come.
Several countries including Japan, UK, Switzerland, and Germany, have recently urged citizens to stockpile emergency supplies amid war, disasters and cyber attack fears.
This comes shortly after the United States had also indicated the pentagon to be prepared for massive power outage and ask the common public to pile up on stock and essential commodities.
Today, Japanese Minister Hosono has issued an emergency request urging all citizens to stockpile food, water, and toilet supplies to prepare for potential disasters. This is in tune with some of the European countries like France as well, which have been advocating similar measure.
It must be kept in mind that even Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had instigated a similar piece of action as he said the Indian banking sector must be prepared for global cyber attacks. He gave the implication that cyber attack attacks could be targeting the strong Indian financial system, and we must be prepared for the same.
It appears that several big countries across the globe have been preparing for the worst possible situation, and this is not a favourable outcome for anyone involved.
Perhaps it is time for the Indian population also to be prepared for what is to follow as the global conflict is reaching new heights every single day. There is the need for elevated measures with regard to public safety and survival at this point.
