In an unfortunate trend, the Khalistani danger is seeing a big growth in other nations. From giving threats to India to attacking Indian embassies the Khalistani supporters are not leaving any stone unturned.
Khalistani terrorists are openly giving threats to India. NIA and other agencies are putting a tab on such threats and taking timely action. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun needs special mention here who often passes threats to India. Yet again he gave a big threat.
As per the media reports Khalistani Terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun threatened to kill Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and Director General of Police on January 26, Republic Day.
He reportedly gave a threat that on Republic Day he would kill the Chief Minister and DGP. The terrorist also urged the gangsters to extend their support in the mission. The threat raised many concerns and fears.
With this, the state entered the alert mode and took the required measures. The security was increased in the state largely to see that no unwanted scenes take place. The concerned authorities swung into action for this.
Republic Day is a public event and every government holds the celebration. The state Chief Ministers and the top cops attend the event. If anything happens during the event then it would be a topic of discussion not only in the country but also across the globe and India is not ready to take any chance. Reports say that the issue was informed to the Union government and the security was increased.
This is not the first time, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, the founder of Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) made such threats. Earlier he threatened to attack the Parliament. He was identified as a terrorist by the central forces. NIA seized the properties he owns in and around Pubjab earlier.
