Horror In Telangana: Father Kills Family Over Boy Child!

Back in the day, the society was extremely backtracked, and there was this high demand for boy child while females were discouraged at large. But things have been slowly changing in the recent years as parents are becoming more and more educated.

But now, a terrible tragedy has unfolded in Hanamkonda district, Telangana, where a 26‑year‑old pregnant woman and her two young daughters were found dead in a private swimming pool in Punnole village.

Initial accounts from the husband said the three had slipped and drowned, but police now believe something far more sinister took place.

The victims have been identified as Farhat (26), who was expecting her third child, and her daughters Umera (8) and Ayesha (6). The family owned the swimming pool near the Warangal‑Khammam Highway, which served as a main source of income.

On Wednesday night, Farhat and both girls were reportedly near the pool with relatives and a short time later were found in the water and pulled out unconscious. They were rushed to MGM Hospital in Warangal, where doctors declared them dead.

Police investigations revealed troubling signs. The husband, Azharuddin, initially claimed it was an accident, but investigators found CCTV cameras at the pool disabled and inconsistencies in his statements.

Farhat’s father told police the couple had frequent disputes, reportedly because Azharuddin did not want another girl child and had pressured Farhat to terminate her pregnancy, which she refused.

Police have registered a murder case and formed teams to locate and question the husband, who is now a central suspect as authorities continue the probe.
