Hanuma Vihari Decides To Not Play For Andhra, What's The Row?

He is a talented batsman and even represented the Indian National team. He is among the few Telugu players who got an opportunity to play for the national team and be a part of a memorable Test series win outside India. But he created a sensation by making big allegations and deciding to quit the state cricket board.

Hanuma Vihari is a talented player and there is no doubt about it. He is a test specialist. India winning the Border-Gavaskar trophy was a big moment. As it pulled off a big win. From being all out for 36 in an innings India went on to lift the trophy. But drawing the SCG match was a game-changer. Along with Ravichandran Ashwin, Hanuma Vihari played a crucial innings.

In domestic cricket, he plays for the Andhra team and was the skipper. He lost the captaincy. Later he added fuel to the row and made sensational allegations. He gave political pressure as the reason for him to lose the captaincy. He also expressed his dissatisfaction with the whole saga.

Adding further the player said that he shouted at a player during the match and with this he had to lose the captaincy. Later the person who was shouted at by Hanuma Vihari gave a new twist. He dubbed the allegations made by Hanuma Vihari as fabricated.

The Andhra Cricket Association stepped in and said that an investigation would be launched into the matter. The cricket body said that the player filed a complaint with them on the behavior of Vihari. In a release, the association also said that Hanuma Vihari often asks for an NOC to move to another board.

The issue took another big turn with Hanuma Vihari uploading a letter which has the signatures of the players in the team supporting him as the skipper. While uploading the letter Hanuma Vihari said that the team knows.

It is also being reported that Hanuma Vihari has decided to end his stint with the Andhra Cricket Association. Media reports say that the player took the big decision amid the big row.
