Tension Grips Haryana With Violent Clashes!

At a time when the whole country is discussing and talking about the violence in Manipur, violence hit another state due to the clashes between the two sides. It is said that the violence resulted in a few deaths and many vehicles getting damaged. As many as five people including two police personnel were killed in this.

Tension gripped Haryana due to violent clashes that erupted due to the fight between the two groups. The violence happened in Mewat Nuh, close to the Gurugram region. A few vehicles were also set on fire including police vehicles. Few victims sustained injuries in the violence reportedly.

As per the media reports, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad held a rally in Mewat Nuh and the violence happened after the rally. It is said that the rally was stopped by a group and then the clashes happened. Stones were reportedly pelted at the procession and then the situation heated up. Restrictions were imposed in the region as a safety measure.

In the wake of the tense situation, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar chaired a key meeting with Home Minister Anil Vij and other officials. Key decisions are expected to be taken during the meeting.

It is also said that after the violence a masjid was set on fire in Gurugram and an Imam was killed in this while two others sustained injuries. A few shops in the area were burnt in the violence.

Speaking to the Press Trust Of India, the concerned SP said that strict action will be taken in this regard and an investigation is underway to see what happened. He also said that the possible angle of a pre-planned attack will also be investigated.

As per the media reports, one Monu Manesar who reportedly took part in the procession is said to be the reason behind the tense situation. Reports also say that seeing Manesar in the procession a group attacked the procession and the violence spread quickly. The Police officers will hold meetings with the two sides to bring the situation under control.

Earlier it was reported that two people were killed in the attack on the doubts of smuggling cows. Later the dead bodies of Nasir and Junaid were found earlier in February this year. Monu Manesar is said to be involved in this.
