Heavy Rainfall: Vijaya Milk Dairy Submerged In Water!

Andhra Pradesh is hit hard by heavy downpours. For the past few days, the state has been witnessing record rainfall. Almost everything had come to a standstill in many regions. The water bodies were filled and the low-lying areas were submerged in the flood water with the situation.

In particular, the temple city Vijayawada faced the heat with a record rainfall. Reports say that Vijayawada recorded the highest rainfall in two decades. With this, we can understand the situation in the region.

As per the information the Vijaya Milk Dairy was submerged in water due to heavy rains. Reports say that this led to a big loss. The water was five feet deep and the flood water entered the machines and generators too.

The Factory Chairman said that it was a heavy loss with the flood and it would take a few days to come back to normal. The generators and machines are said to be not working at the factory due to the flood situation.

It is said that the flood situation in Vijayawada was more severe than that of the 2005 floods. People from the flood affected areas were evacuated to the safe places and the required help is being offered. Even the Home Minister's house was affected and her family was rescued.
