The latest developments are suggesting that Hyderabad real estate market is so strongly overflowing that more than three lakh houses are currently vacant in the market. This report went viral on social media, a couple of days ago, and it is leading to multiple discussions.

But at the same time, there’s also the theory that the city is witnessing a strong real estate boom and there’s nothing to worry about for the time being just yet.

Hyderabad co-living is booming as IT professionals, students and young couples look for affordable, fully furnished rental homes near major employment hubs.

From Gachibowli and Financial District to HITEC City, Madhapur, Kondapur and Nanakramguda, co-living spaces are emerging as a major new trend in Hyderabad real estate.

With monthly rents ranging from around ₹10,000 to ₹30,000+, it appears that co-living becoming the future of Hyderabad’s rental market. This changes the trend momentarily and understandably so as well.

The trend is particularly visible across Hyderabad’s IT and employment corridors, including Gachibowli, Financial District, HITEC City, Madhapur, Kondapur and Nanakramguda. Co-living options are also expanding in areas such as Kukatpally, KPHB, Ameerpet and Begumpet.
