Hydra’s Sensation Dents Real Estate Market In Hyderabad?

Real Estate is one of the big sectors in Telangana and there is no debate on this. We have seen how the auction of lands saw a big revenue. Every year we see the sector recording big revenue across the areas. However, the sector is said to be having a tough time now.

Now the media reports say that the Real Estate sector appears to be facing the heat of the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Monitoring and Protection Agency(HYDRA) sensation. Of late, we are hearing the sensation of HYDRA in the capital city.

HYDRA is a sensation in the state as it has been bringing down illegal constructions. At regular intervals we see HYDRA hitting the headlines with the demolitions. The same is said to have hindered the Real Estate sector now.

There are fears in the minds of buyers to purchase the lands and structures due to the HYDRA sensation. This is said to have resulted in buyers losing interest in buying properties despite reducing the costs.

The Janwada Farm House also got a big focus earlier. A few officials are said to have reached the Farm House for the survey. Earlier one acre used to cost around Rs 25 crores in the area and the cost is said to have reduced by a few folds and there are no takers even if land is offered at Rs 5 crores.

Price coming down by a few folds is not a small thing and despite this, the buyers are said to be in no mood to buy lands in the wake of the aggressive nature of HYDRA to bring down the constructions.
