Thanks to the upcoming World Cup Tournament, the Pakistan team landed in India after a long time. There were a few doubts on whether Pakistan will come to India or not. There is a reason behind this. Pakistan was the host of the Asia Cup 2023. But island nation Sri Lanka was made the co-host with BCCI saying no to tour Pakistan.

Following this, a few doubts were raised about Paksitan's arrival in India. But the Pakistan Cricket Board cleared the doubts and sent its team. The Pakistan cricket team received a dream welcome in India and the players were overwhelmed with the welcome that they felt they were back home.

To start the preparation for the World Cup, warm-up games were held. But the Pakistan team started the warm-up games on a bad note as our arch-rivals lost both games. Pakistan lost to Australia and New Zealand in high-scoring matches. This is a big concern for Pakistan's bowling attack.

Pakistan's fielding efforts are also not up to the mark say experts. Star player Shadab Khan responded to this and jokingly blamed Biryani. The spinner led the Pakistan team as regular skipper Babar Azam was retired hurt. After the warm-up match with Australia Shadab Khan spoke on the team's performance.

Shadab Khan said that the players are eating Hyderabad Biryani daily and that is why they are slow on the field. This made commentator Harsha Bhogle burst into laughter. "We are eating it daily, and perhaps that is why we are getting a bit slow," Shadab said.

The Pakistani team has been munching on the world-famous Hyderabad Biryani. The star players fell in love with it with a few players rating it 20 on a scale of 10.

Pakistan will start its World Cup stint with the Netherlands and then Sri Lanka. The main focus will be on its third match where it will lock horns with arch-rivals India, which is the host of the tournament.
