Hydra Commissioner’s Key Comments On N Convention!

Revanth Reddy’s brain child HYDRA is a sensation in the state without any doubt. Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRAA) which is led by IPS officer AV Ranganath is going forward in safeguarding the water bodies and targeting the illegal constructions.

The wing became a big talking topic in the state after it demolished Nagarjuna’s N-Convention. Adding more sensation to this the issue reached the High Court and a stay order was issued.

Reacting to this Nagarjuna said that he was pained by the unlawful action and it is a patta land where the construction stands. This is a big sensation in the state without any doubt.

Amid the sensation HYDRA Commissioner AV Ranganath reacted to the issue and gave his thoughts on this. In an interaction, he is believed to have said that N Convention is illegal construction and it was demolished as per the law and rules.

Adding further he said that N Convention won't have the required permissions from GHMC. It was located in the FTL limit and there was no permission for the construction and with this, it was brought down.

Back in 2014, a notice was served to the N Convention. But the owners knocked on the doors of the Court. No stay order was issued in this regard. Illegal constructions were made by encroaching on the lake. Hence the constructions were demolished. Whoever does this will attract action, he said.

Talking about Patta land the HYDRA Commissioner said that the lands are not eligible for building constructions and the land is meant for agriculture purposes.
