Another Day, Another Shock For Imran Khan!

Things are not going well with cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan. The former Pakistan Prime Minister is facing troubles at regular intervals. His party was already barred from contesting elections and campaigning for the party for the upcoming general elections in the country.

As if that is not enough he was slapped with a jail term in connection with a corruption case. He is already in jail and on top of this, a court slapped him with a jail term along with another former Minister.

The former Prime Minister faced another big blow as a court slapped him with 7 years in jail. This time his marriage made him face the shock. Not just him, even his wife was also slapped with a jail term along with a fine. The court said that the rules were not followed for the marriage.

A court gave the verdict saying that Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Khan are eligible for seven years of jail. The couple tied the knot in 2018 and dealing with the petition filed on the marriage the court gave the verdict.

Bushra Khan's first husband alleged that Imran Khan and Bushra Khan did not follow the rules in marriage. He said that they did not wait for a certain period to get a divorce to get married again which is a violation of the marriage rules in the religion.

He even said that Imran Khan and Bushra Khan had an extramarital affair before the marriage and they eventually married. He has been making allegations against the duo for some time. Now the former Prime Minister faced a big blow.

It has to be mentioned here that Imran Khan was slapped with a jail term for allegedly leaking sensitive documents. Now another punishment joined the row.
