Tragic: Indian Student Shot Dead In the United States

The United States continues to inculcate fear in everyone. In an unwanted trend, Indians are becoming the target of violence in the country. At regular intervals, we get to hear unfortunate incidents involving Indians. Recently a student was stabbed with a knife and he succumbed to the fatal injuries.

It looks like the incidents will not stop anytime soon. Another unfortunate incident was reported in which an Indian medical student was brutally killed in a car. Bullets were fired at him leaving him dead. The victim is just 26 years old.

Going into details, Aaditya Adlakha who is pursuing PhD at the University of Cincinnati Medical School was shot in his car in United States Ohio. He sustained serious injuries in the mishap and was rushed to the nearby hospital. He succumbed to the injuries and died two days after undergoing treatment.

As per the information the unfortunate incident happened on the 9th of this month but it made it to the headlines late. It is said that the incident happened during the early hours. A few drivers spotted the vehicle and informed the emergency services. Cops reached the spot to gather evidence.

The local media said that a few bullets were fired and the driver’s side window had bullet holes. Further investigation is underway and more details are awaited. It is said that no arrests have been made in connection with the case so far.

Talking about Aaditya Adlakha, he completed a bachelor’s degree in Zoology and a master’s degree in physiology. For further studies, he went to the United States. But fate had other plans and he became the target of gun violence.
