France To Become The Next Destination For Indian Students Soon?

Indian students going to other countries for higher studies is an old trend that has been going on for a long time. Indian students prefer the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Indians make up a big share of foreign students who land there every year.

The number of Indian students who visit Canada is coming down due to the issues between the two nations. On the other hand, Canada imposed a big cap on student visas for foreign students.

Amid this, France came up with good news which says that the country might be the next preference for Indian students. Cut to a few years from now, the country would welcome as many as 30,000 students. By 2030, France will see 30k students.

This good news was announced by none other than the President of France Emmanuel Macron. In a social media post, he said that he is focused on an ambitious project to welcome 30,000 Indian students by 2030. He shared a note on the plan to increase space for learning French.

The President said that a plan would be implemented to make space for learning French in the public schools and a network would be built. International classes will be held to help foreign students learn French.

Another big thing the President said is that the Visa process will be facilitated for the Indian students who earlier went there for their studies. He also highlighted the world-class universities the nation has on the occasion.

The President said that in the future, both nations can do a lot of things with mutual coordination and respect. If the plan he is talking about gets clicked then it would be good news for Indian students.

It is known that the number of students going to the UK also dropped as the nation is seeing a dip in resources and the cost of living is touching the sky almost. It had become almost next to impossible to get a house on rent there.
