Taking the payments facility to the next level it is being reported that users might make international payments with WhatsApp. It has been reported that Meta is testing the option of allowing Indian students to make international payments.

There is a biz buzz on social media on this with screenshots that are said to be from the devices that support the new feature doing rounds. These pictures say that the users have to turn on the feature to use it. It is being said that the feature is used as a pilot project and it might take some time for the feature to be a full-time one.

WhatsApp made a late entry in this is what the experts say. Other apps are already offering the feature. It looks like Meta is testing the feature before launching it.

It's been over three years since Indian users were allowed to make the payments. Now the feature is said to have been added for the Indian users.

Once the feature gets launched then the Indian users might be able to do the international payments without any issues. Other platforms have started the facility earlier.
