Just a few days back, Apple had announced the arrival of their latest model iPhone 18 and it is already turning out to be a failure in terms of global orders.
The high pricing model that was implemented for this particular iPhone 18 Pro by Apple has started to backfire very badly. The company has now started to cut down on the orders that they have started to place for iPhone 18 Pro due to the weak demand.
Apple has reportedly cut iPhone 18 Pro production orders by at least 15% amid weaker than expected demand. The $100 price increase may be turning some buyers away, with the iPhone 18 Pro now starting at $1,199 and Pro Max at $1,299.
Company felt that the people would not mind the elevated prices considering the hype on their products, but this backfired very badly as people have started to reduce their anticipation on this mobile phone.
Due to the reduced demand globally, Apple has reduced the orders that they had placed for iPhone 18 Pro and will go easy on the volume of the procurement.
This is a strong measure by the leading tech technological giant, and we have to see if they would be more cautious about pricing their upcoming models accordingly.
Previously, they used to be a lot of hype and anticipation on buying new Apple iPhones, but that is not the case now due to multiple factors, including reduce technological innovation and elevated prices.
