Despite Prevailing Indo-Pak Situation, IPL Continues!

It is already known that India and Pakistan are witnessing a very complex and volatile situation due to the terror attack on Pahalgam and the subsequent anti terrorism attack on Pakistan. At this crucial point in time, the national security is a top cause of concern as the situation is developing every single day.

Indian government has clearly communicated that national security is of top priority now, and everyone is advised to follow certain measures to make sure that their own securities is not compromised. This is one of the principal reasons why mock drills were held in 244 places across the country, including Hyderabad.

Coming to the topic, now, the latest discussion is about the proceedings regarding the IPL, which is surprisingly progressing as planned without any sort of disturbances.

Considering the current security situation and national armed forces operations, the expectation was that the IPL which happens to be a mass cricket league should have to be postponed. But surprisingly, the IPL governing body and the Indian government is very nonchalant about this.

Generally, these cricket matches are held with thousands of crowds and managing every layer of security is going to be a very tough task. In this context, it is better not to take any sort of risk and take adequate measures to hold the tournament on good spirits.

But for now, the security authorities and the IPL managing board is clearly satisfied with the prevailing security arrangements and they are progressing with the same.
