It is already known that the ongoing conflict between Iran and the United States is having global repercussions with the oil trade and gas supply reaching abnormally low points.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced that it will target 18 major U.S. companies operating in the Middle East in retaliation for attacks on Iranian territory.

The IRGC said the move will take effect from April 1, 2026, warning that these companies’ regional offices and infrastructure could be considered legitimate targets.

The list includes prominent technology, aviation, finance, and industrial firms: Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Cisco, Oracle, Nvidia, Dell, HP, Palantir, Boeing, Tesla, General Electric, JP Morgan, Spire Solutions, and G42.

Iran claims these companies have provided technology and services that assist operations against Iranian leaders. The IRGC has advised employees to leave work locations for safety and urged nearby residents to take precautions.

This announcement marks a significant escalation, extending threats beyond government or military targets to private corporations. While details on specific actions remain unclear, the warning has raised concerns for U.S. businesses with operations in Gulf countries, including the UAE and Qatar.

Authorities and company officials are reportedly monitoring the situation closely. The threat highlights the growing tension in the region amid ongoing hostilities, which have already affected civilian life and commercial activities across the Middle East.
