The reports started doing rounds when JD Lakshmi Narayana praised the Andhra Pradesh government and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He attended the Jagananna Suraksha program and praised the state government for the reforms the government brought.
Clearing the doubts, the former CBI officer said that he met Srisailam MLA Silpa Chakrapani Reddy to invite him to the old students' gettogether and the MLA invited him to the government event and he praised the medical camps and Naadu Nedu program.
Adding further, Lakshmi Narayana said that spreading false news about him saying that he would join the ruling party and contest the elections on its ticket is not appreciable and there is no truth behind this.
Having requested the people to not waste their valuable time, Ex-JD Lakshmi Narayana made it clear that he is committed to the fight to voters awareness program.
JD had a glorious career as a Cop and served as the Additional Director General of Police in Mumbai. Later, he was taken into the CBI and was promoted to the rank of Joint Director. During his stint, he dealt with some of the much-talked-about cases in the country.
Taking a new path, he ventured into politics. He joined Janasena and contested the 2019 elections from the Visakhapatnam constituency and lost. One year later, he resigned from the party. He is now busy raising his voice on various issues and we have seen him speaking on the Vizag Steel Plant privatisation row.
