The world which was concerned about the intense war between Russia and Ukraine earlier has a new concern in the form of the Russia-Hamas conflict which started on the 7th of October. Since then the war has been going on. Several fears and concerns were raised with the ongoing conflict.

The war which has been going on for over one and a half months faced a big development as Hamas and Israel struck a deal to release the refugees. Both sides will release the refugees they have as part of the deal that was made.

As per the media reports Israel and Hamas struck a cease-fire deal and as part of this, refugees held by both sides will be released. While Hamas would release 50 refugees, Israel would release 150 prisoners it has. It is said that 150 Palestinians are with Israel.

It is said that a four-day truce was agreed between Israel and Hamas and no action would happen from both sides. Besides no action from both sides, prisoners held by both sides will be released as part of the deal.

What the two sides did was a big thing as it came around seven weeks after the war started. Both sides saw big losses and property losses. Thousands of people died in the ongoing conflict as both sides are not showing any sign of taking a back step.

The war started when Hamas militants launched a surprise attack on Israel. Thousands of rockets were fired into the nation. Having faced a big shock Israel put up a strong fight and has been hitting back at the militants.

Israel gave its nod to the agreement when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's cabinet held an all-night meeting. The proposal was accepted at the meeting. When he was facing severe criticism of the ongoing war, his cabinet approved the deal.
