The way the rest of the world sees India as far as space missions are concerned changed after the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) completed the Lunar mission. ISRO’s Chandrayaan-3 was successful and the vehicle landed on the unexplored surface of the Moon and recorded stunning visuals before touching the surface.

It is no wonder that the missions started by ISRO are getting massive attention. Now ISRO is on the verge of scripting history as the first human mission will be performed. Four astronauts were also picked for the big mission. Prime Minister Narendra Modi introduced the astronauts to the world.

As the ISRO is gearing up for the Gaganyaan mission, interesting details about the mission are doing rounds. It is said that the ISRO made massive arrangements for the safe return of the astronauts. Media reports are abuzz about this.

Such missions are not easy and everything should go on as per the plan. Even if a small mistake happens we should face a disastrous outcome. Understanding this, ISRO is said to have all the arrangements to bring the astronauts back safely.

It has been reported that ISRO identified as many as 48 backup points across the world which would play a key role in bringing back the astronauts.

It is said that staff would be deployed at these points. Once the astronauts land at the point they would be recovered safely from there. The backup points are said to be additional measures. As per the mission the Gaganyaan module is slated and in the Arabian Sea.

For this, the agents would be placed there and in addition to this 48 backup points were also identified.

Indian Airforce group captain Prashant Balakrishnan Nair, group captain Ajit Krishnan, group captain Angad Pratap, and wing commander Subhanshu Shukla were selected for the mission. They underwent training for this. As part of the mission, a crew would be sent to orbit and brought back safely.
