Jagan To Attend Court Every Friday From Now?

The YSRCP was quite confident of another big win in results. From party chief Jagan to Ministers to MLAs everyone said they are going to win. Jagan even said that they might win all the 175 seats and Why Not 175 slogan was used in the campaign. The results came as a massive shock to YCP.

Even the Alliance supporters might have not predicted that the results would be a one-sided one. YCP which won 151 seats in 2019 was restricted to just 11 seats. This led to a big debate on what the YCP would do next as it lost the opposition party status too.

With Jagan slipping to opposition a new discussion is going on whether he should attend Court every Friday from now on. It is known that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is facing a few cases. In the last five years, he did not personally attend the court citing administrative policies as a reason.

In the initial days of his ruling, he used to attend the court in a convoy. Saying that it costs a big amount for him to attend the court and he should take care of administration too. With this, the Court exempted him from the physical appearance in the Court.

Now he is in opposition and has no tag of the opposition party too. With this, a section of people are talking about Jagan attending the Court every Friday again. There is no strong reason for him to miss the appearance in Court and he might have to attend the Court now.

YS Jagan is facing a few CBI and ED cases in connection with the alleged disproportionate assets. The cases have been going on for a long time and he has been facing the cases from the combined state.
