Senior Actress Jaya Prada Finally Surrenders Before Court!

Actress-turned-politician Jaya Prada faced a big shock as a case of alleged violation was filed against her. During the 2019 election campaign Jaya Prada was accused of violating the code of conduct. A case has been filed against her. However the issue became complicated as the actress was not attending the court.

Warrants were issued a few times against her and still she did not appear before the court. Now it is said that she appeared before the court at last in the case. Putting an end to the suspense the senior actress surrendered before the court.

In connection with the violations a case was filed with the Rampur trial court. Warrant was also issued against her in the court. However Jaya Prada did not appear before the court. Non-bailable warrants were also issued against her.

Earlier it was reported that the cops were directed to arrest her before the 6th of this month as she was not attending the court. When the actress moved the High Court seeking directives to quash the non-bailable warrant. However the High Court gave a shock to her by quashing the petition. Adding a new twist to the tale the actress surrendered before the trial court.

Talking about the case, it was filed in 2019 against her over the code of conduct violation as she held a roadshow when the election code was effective. She contested the elections as a BJP leader. However she lost the polls. On top of this a case was filed against her over the violation.
