Official: Congress Picks Strong Candidate For Jubilee Hills!

It is already known that Jubilee Hills will be going to election on November 11 and the result will be out on November 14. Ahead of the same, the leading political parties in Telangana has started to finalise their candidates and prepare the Ground for the election.

The ruling Congress party has officially announced Naveen Yadav as its candidate for the upcoming Jubilee Hills by election.

This comes just days after Naveen Yadav found himself in a deep controversy after he was found guilty of distributing voter cards to the public, which is against the EC regulations.

Shortly, after this controversy broke out, there were reports that the Congress could even be replacing Naveen Yadav with some other candidate after the mess that was created with the voter card distribution fiasco.

However, the Congress party continued to be Naveen Yadav, considering the cast equation and also his grip locally. He is one of the on-ground leaders for the Congress here and packs that mass appeal to win this prestigious seat.

It must also be noted that this is the first by election in Telangana, so it would be a testament to the public mandate on not just Congress, but also BJP and BRS. So we can expect the role in Congress to go all out to secure this seat.

Naveen Yadav is one of the popular and young leader in the Jubilee Hills segment. In 2014, he contested the same seat on an MIM ticket & secured 41,656 votes, finishing in second place. he would not be hoping to go all the way with the ruling Congress backing him.

On the other hand, we have BRS, which had announced Sunita Reddy, the wife of late Maganti Gopinath(Jubilee Hills Ex MLA) as their candidate.
