Most Extra marital affairs in India: Who�s On Top?

It is already known that that have been several cases of extramarital affairs in India that have been on constant spike in the recent months. We have an interesting addition to the list of this time around as multiple new regions have added to the list.

Ashley Madison, a global dating site for married people, released its 2025 report on extra-marital affairs in India. The report listed the top 20 Indian districts based on new signups and user activity.

Topping the list is Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu, which jumped from 17th place last year to 1st this year. Central Delhi ranked 2nd, followed by Gurugram at 3rd, South West Delhi at 4th, and East Delhi at 5th.

South Delhi came in at 6th, Jaipur at 7th, Noida at 8th, and Ghaziabad at 9th. Kamrup from Assam took the 10th spot. The 11th position went to Raigarh in Chhattisgarh, followed by Chandigarh at 12th, West Delhi at 13th, and North West Delhi at 14th.

Other districts in the top 20 were North Delhi (15th), Thane (16th), Pune (17th), Ahmedabad (18th), Bangalore (19th), and Thiruvallur in Tamil Nadu at 20th.

Out of the 20, nine districts were from Delhi-NCR, showing a high concentration of activity in the region. Ashley Madison�s Paul Keable said over 55% of Indian users admitted to infidelity. India is now 6th globally in their market and expected to grow further, with smaller cities like Kanchipuram showing rapid growth.
