Kavitha Bail: All Eyes On Court For The D-Day!

Former Chief Minister KCR’s daughter Kavitha has been facing a tough time with the much-talked-about Delhi Liquor scam. The issue created a sensation back then with the officials conducting raids at her residence. In what would be a shock for her and her party she was taken into ED custody and then sent to judicial custody.

Kavitha filed an interim bail petition in the Court. Through her lawyer, she told the court that her son has exams and sought bail on this ground. On the other hand, the ED countered these claims and said that she should not be given bail as she might influence the witnesses.

As per the mainstream media. ED opposed the interim bail for Kavitha and said that she might influence the witnesses. The agency also alleged that she threatened a person who turned approver in the case.

It is said that both sides placed intense arguments in the case. But the case saw a big twist with the court reportedly reserving the judgment. It is said that the verdict will be given on Monday. As she is in custody she has to spend a few more days there.

All eyes are on the Court to see what it says on Monday. If she gets bail she can walk out of jail. Or else she has to complete the custody that was imposed. On the other hand, her regular bail petition will be heard on the 20th of this month.

It has to be mentioned here that Kavitha and BRS have been alleging that the case is a framed one. Earlier Kavitha said that she will come out of the case like a cleaned pearl.
