It is said that CBI served notices to Kavitha, KCR’s daughter in the case. The shocking thing is that Kavitha was reportedly made the accused in the case. This is the first time she was named the accused in the case. It is said that she was served notices under 41 A.
Having served the notices the CBI directed her to appear before the Central office in the national capital Delhi on the 26th of this month. As she was named as the accused in the case the CBI sent her a fresh notice
With CBI serving her notices in connection with the case, all eyes are on her to see what she will do. Will she attend the questioning or will she look at other options is the question here.
It has to be mentioned here that earlier Kavitha missed the questioning sessions. She has protection from the ED serving her notices. Earlier the Supreme Court granted protection to Kavitha from ED serving notices and arresting her.
As Kavitha earlier moved the Supreme Court to get protection from the ED, now everyone wants to see what she will do next in the wake of CBI serving notices.
