Big Shock: Kavitha Faced Second Arrest In Liquor Scam Case?

Things are not going well with former Minister Kavitha as far as the Delhi liquor scam is concerned. After multiple questioning sessions, she was taken into the ED custody. She was sent to remand as per the court orders. Kavitha did not also get any relief with the efforts to get bail in the case.

Recently her bail petition was denied by the court. Now it's the time for Kavitha to face another shock that came from the Central Bureau of Investigation. Adding more trouble to the former Chief Minister’s daughter she faced another big blow.

It is said that the CBI arrested her in the case. Earlier ED took her into custody and it's the turn of CBI to arrest her in the case. The media reports say that the CBI arrested Kavitha in the case and might question her. However, she might stay in Tihar Jail as of now.

It has to be mentioned here that the CBI recently sought permission from the court to question Kavitha in the case. Days after the questioning she was arrested and the CBI officers might question her again.

The liquor scam has been going through big developments ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. First Kavitha was taken into ED custody and sent to remand. A few days later Delhi Chief Minister was arrested and nos the CBI stepped in to arrest Kavitha marking her second arrest.
