KCR's Big Plan For Kavitha From Kamareddy Seat?

Telangana Chief Minister KCR cleared all the doubts about the candidates who would run the elections. The other day, the final list of candidates for 115 Assembly candidates was announced by the BRS boss. The list gave a big shock to the aspirants who pinned a lot of hopes of getting the tickets.

However, the Chief Minister brought a big shock to the election episode by announcing that he will contest from two seats. Besides sticking to his Gajwel seat, KCR is also contesting from the Kamareddy Assembly seat. This was announced by the CM himself.

While announcing this, the Chief Minister said that it was the request from the Kamareddy MLA and Minister from Nizamabad that made him take the decision. He also said that he received a few requests from the leaders to contest in their regions, but he picked Kamareddy.

Though KCR said that he received requests from the leaders, a few media reports say that there is a big reason behind the CM picking Kamareddy. It has been reported that the party leadership worked on this and picked the seat.

Reports say that Kamareddy is reportedly reserved for Kavitha and the seat was selected so that the party can send her into the house. It is known that Kavitha lost the MP seat and is serving as an MLC. The Chief Minister's daughter not being a member of any house will not give the right message.

The opposition parties often target the BRS on this. The opponents even target Kavitha saying that she was made an MLC to only get rid of the criticism.

Talking about the Kamareddy seat, KCR reportedly wants to win the elections there and step down giving space for a by-election. Kavitha might be made to run the elections and make her an MLA.

With this, BRS can become strong in the North region and also give space for Kavitha to become a legislator. It looks like BRS is very adamant about making Kavitha an MLA.

However, the political observers say that winning Kamareddy would be not that easy as the Chief Minister should defeat Senior Congress leader Mohammed Ali Shabbir. On the other hand, it is also said that Firebrand leader Vijayashanti might also try her luck from Kamareddy seat. Let us wait and see what happens next.
